Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using the SKENT Universe platform operated by Skillenter vCampus (iMediaPORT). These terms govern your access to and use of our learning management system, courses, certifications, and related services.
By accessing or using the SKENT Universe platform ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Platform.
You may use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the Platform in any way that violates applicable law, infringes any intellectual property rights, or harms other users.
You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when creating an account. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activity that occurs under your account.
Access to certain courses may require payment. All fees are stated in Nigerian Naira (NGN) unless otherwise indicated. Payments are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.
All content on the Platform — including course materials, videos, assessments, and certifications — is owned by SKENT Universe or its licensors and is protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce or distribute content without written permission.
Certificates issued by SKENT Universe attest to the completion of a program on our Platform. They do not constitute academic credentials from a government-accredited institution unless explicitly stated.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct harmful to other users or to the Platform.
The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that the Platform will be error-free.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SKENT Universe shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The date of the last revision will be noted below.
